This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices — both for our customers and for businesses whose publicly available information we process as part of the Service.
3. Information We Collect
From customers: account and contact details (name, business name, email); billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers); and content and URLs you submit for your catalog/profile.
From publicly available sources (core to how the Service works): we collect and process publicly available business information — such as business names, public website content, catalog/product details, business contact information, and public registry/directory listings — to build catalogs and structured profiles and to conduct business-to-business outreach.
Automatically: basic website analytics and device/log data.
4. How We Use Information
To provide and improve the Service; produce deliverables; verify business contact details; send B2B outreach about the Service; process payments; provide support; comply with law; and protect against fraud and misuse.
5. Legal Bases (where GDPR / UK GDPR applies)
Performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and marketing a B2B service; consent where required; and legal obligations.
6. Marketing and Outreach; Your Opt-Out
We send commercial email to businesses about the Service. Every message includes a working unsubscribe mechanism and our physical mailing address, and we honor opt-outs promptly, consistent with CAN-SPAM (and, where applicable, CASL / GDPR / ePrivacy). 7. How We Share Information
With service providers who help us operate (e.g., xAI/Grok for image generation, Stripe for payments, hosting/email vendors), bound by confidentiality; to comply with law; and in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
8. Your Rights
- California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, access, delete, correct, and to opt out of "sale"/"sharing"; we will not discriminate for exercising them.
- EU/UK (GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, including objection to direct-marketing processing.

9. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method is 100% secure.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries with different data-protection laws.
12. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
13. Changes
We may update this policy; changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date.
